Yes you can! On the checkout page, a calendar shows all the available dates.
For London delivery, you can also select the timeslot you would like your order delivered.
The cutoff is 2pm for next day delivery. We deliver Tuesdays to Fridays.
We ship all orders with RoyalMail tracked24 service. You should receive email and SMS tracking on the day of delivery.
Please email us on orders@cocomelt.uk within 12 hours of receiving your order and send us pictures showing the damage. Unfortunately, without pictures we wouldn’t be able to raise the claim.
You can make changes to your order prior to dispatch. However, after the order is dispatched we can no longer make any changes.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns. If you have any issues with your order, please email orders@cocomelt.uk and our team will be delighted to help.
Your cookies are happiest kept at room temperature in an airtight container (or our iconic Cocomelt Tin).
Best enjoyed within 4 days of purchase
Freeze for up to 2 months for future cookie cravings.
Reheat in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 2 minutes or 4 minutes if frozen.
Do not microwave or reheat on a grill tray.
Vegan:
Not yet unfortunately. We are working on a vegan recipe and will be launching it soon.
Halal:
Yes! All of our desserts and drinks are halal. Our marshmallows are halal certified.
Gluten free:
Only available for large orders (100+ cookies). Please reach out to orders@cocomelt.uk with your request.
All of our chocolate and cookie bases are nut free.
Our cookies contain Gluten (WHEAT), Egg, Milk, Soybeans.
Our brownies may contain Nuts.
Please note that our cookies and menu are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, eggs, milk, soybeans, and gluten. As a result, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
Yes they are! All of our cookies are baked fresh the day they get posted to you for next day delivery. For in store and local delivery orders, we bake in small batches throughout the day so you get that ‘fresh out the oven’ feeling.
